# ¿Por qué se duplica la numeración de mis facturas?

Cada [caja registradora creada en el sistema](https://panel.encom.com.py/registers) lleva una numeración correlativa independiente para distintos tipos de documentos, uno de ellos son los números de facturas.\
Si se utilizan más de un dispositivo bajo la misma caja registradora, en los reportes de ventas e impresiones aparecerán numeraciones duplicadas.

Para evitar esto, necesita crear una nueva caja registradora para cada dispositivo que utilice para procesar ventas. Puede crear cajas registradoras en <https://panel.encom.com.py/registers>

Una vez creada la caja en el panel de control, podrá ingresar a la caja registradora web o a la aplicación móvil, luego al Menú principal > Ajustes > seleccione la caja registradora creada del listado.
