# Órdenes

El reporte **Órdenes** permite consultar todas las órdenes generadas por el sistema y conocer su estado actual.

Es útil para realizar el seguimiento de pedidos pendientes, finalizados o cancelados.

### Cómo acceder

1. Ingrese al **Panel Administrativo**.
2. Seleccione **Reportes**.
3. En **Administrativos y Financieros**, haga clic en **Órdenes**.

### Filtro por fecha

En la parte superior podrá seleccionar el período que desea consultar.

### Filtrar órdenes

Puede utilizar:

* Estado.
* Buscador.
* Fecha.

para localizar rápidamente una orden.

### Información mostrada

Cada orden presenta:

| Campo        | Descripción                              |
| ------------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| Estado       | Situación actual de la orden.            |
| Fecha        | Fecha de creación.                       |
| Para el      | Fecha programada de entrega o ejecución. |
| Fuente       | Canal donde se originó la orden.         |
| Cliente      | Cliente asociado.                        |
| Nº Orden     | Identificador interno.                   |
| Nº Documento | Documento generado a partir de la orden. |
| Total        | Importe total.                           |

### Estados de una orden

#### Finalizado

La orden fue procesada correctamente.

No requiere acciones adicionales.

#### En espera

La orden continúa pendiente.

Generalmente indica que aún no fue preparada, entregada o completada.

#### Cancelado

La orden fue anulada y ya no será procesada.

### Fuente

La columna **Fuente** indica desde dónde se originó la orden.

Dependiendo de la configuración del sistema puede mostrar:

* Orden
* Delivery
* Espacios/Mesas
* Web
* eCommerce
* Otros canales integrados

### Recomendaciones

Si una orden permanece demasiado tiempo en estado **En espera**, verifique el módulo correspondiente para confirmar que no exista algún inconveniente operativo.
