# Reporte de Cajas

Para acceder :

1. Ir a menú principal
2. Seleccionar reportes, en la columna **administrativos** seleccione [Control de Caja](https://panel.encom.com.py/report_drawers)

### Detalles de Reporte

* Sucursal: en la que realizo la Apertura y Cierre de caja.
* Caja: a la que realizo la apertura y cierre
* Apertura: fecha y hora de apertura de caja
* Por: el usuario que realizo la apertura
* Monto: dinero con el cual se inicio la apertura
* Cierre: Fecha y hora en el que realizo el cierre
* Por: usuario que realizo el cierre
* Monto: monto total declarado por el usuario que realizo el cierre
* Diferencia: indica si hubo sobrante, faltante o si el cierre fue justo

#### Cierre de Caja Remoto

Si una caja aún continúa abierta podrá cerrarla remotamente desde el panel de control en la sección control de caja.

Pasos :

1. En la caja que aún está abierta seleccione **Ver detalles**
2. Le aparecerá los detalles de cada método de pago
3. Donde dice, **Cerrar caja**, podrá especificar la fecha y el monto total de cierre.

#### Corregir un cierre

Para corregir un cierre de una caja

1. Seleccionar el monto de cierre, desplegara los detalles de cada método de pago.
2. Ir a **Corregir cierre**, ingresar el monto correspondiente
3. Podrá Imprimir todo el listado detallado.
