### ¿Qué significa archivar?

Archivar permite ocultar un registro sin eliminarlo del sistema.

Esto resulta útil para conservar el historial sin mostrar información que ya no se utiliza.

| Archivar                          | Eliminar                                                  |
| --------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| El registro continúa existiendo.  | El registro deja de estar disponible.                     |
| Puede recuperarse posteriormente. | Dependiendo del módulo, la acción puede ser irreversible. |
