### ¿Qué son los Conceptos Básicos?

Los Conceptos Básicos reúnen las herramientas y funciones que se utilizan de forma similar en la mayoría de los módulos de ENCOM.

Aprender estos conceptos le permitirá utilizar el sistema de forma más rápida y eficiente, ya que muchas pantallas comparten la misma estructura y funcionamiento.

Entre los temas incluidos encontrará:

* Filtros.
* Buscadores.
* Tablas.
* Exportación de información.
* Acciones masivas.
* Estados de registros.
* Roles y permisos.

### ¿Por qué es importante conocerlos?

Una vez comprendidos estos conceptos, podrá utilizar la mayoría de los módulos sin necesidad de aprender nuevamente cómo funciona cada herramienta.

Por ejemplo:

* El buscador funciona de forma similar en Artículos, Contactos y Reportes.
* Los filtros de fecha están disponibles en Dashboard, Reportes y otras secciones.
* Las tablas mantienen la misma estructura en diferentes módulos.
