# Cargar contactos masivamente

Ingrese al [Panel de control](https://panel.encom.com.py/items) >[ Contactos](https://panel.encom.com.py/contacts)

Luego seleccione el botón azul **Crear** > **Múltiples contactos**

Le aparecerá una ventana con la siguiente guía:

**1.** Dirijase al listado de contactos y en el botón "Columnas" seleccione todas las columnas.\
\
**2.** Presione el botón (...)>A Excel para exportar el listado y completar los campos del archivo descargado. Si en el archivo excel mantiene el campo "ID", estos contactos se actualizarán en su base de datos y los contactos que no tengan "ID" serán creados como nuevos.\
\
**3.** En la columna "ROL" recuerde colocar "Cliente" o "Proveedor" respectivamente en cada línea, si es un usuario coloque el nombre del rol (Jefe, Administrador, Admin. Base, Cajero o Cajero Base).\
\
**4.** Una vez que tenga su listado completo arrastrelo y sueltelo en el listado de contactos y listo. Recuerde dejar la primera línea (títulos de columnas) del archivo excel intacta.

Límite máximo de 500 líneas. Si la cantidad de contactos supera el límite deberá cargar por partes

### Recomendaciones

* Descargue siempre una planilla nueva antes de realizar modificaciones.
* No cambie el formato del archivo.
* No elimine las columnas del identificador.
* Verifique los datos antes de subir la planilla.
