# Cotizaciones

Con ENCOM puedes crear cotizaciones interactivas que puedes enviar a tus clientes, ellos pueden aprobarlas desde su celular y tu podrás hacer un seguimiento de las cotizaciones y convertirlas en facturas.

Para crear una cotización ingresa a la caja registradora, ve al menú de opciones y presiona en Cotización.

Verás como el botón de acción principal cambiará al color amarillo. Esto indica que estás en modo Cotización.

Añade los productos que deseas cotizar, como si fuera una venta normal.

Puedes añadir contenido con formato dentro de la nota de cada producto para que puedas detallar mejor y añadir más información.

Añade también un comentario a la cotización para dar más contenido, luego añade al clientes (asegúrate de tener su email o número de celular).\
Una vez que tengas la cotización lista presiona en el botón amarillo.

La cotización será enviada directamente al cliente.

Su cliente recibirá una cotización profesional con toda la identidad de tu empresa accesible desde cualquier computadora o dispositivo móvil.

Podrá imprimir la cotización, exportarla a PDF, compartirla y hasta aceptar la cotización desde su smartphone.

ENCOM te notifica automáticamente al momento en que la cotización es aceptada.

Y tendrás un control total sobre tus cotizaciones.

Para convertirla a factura, simplemente ingresa al menú > Transacciones > Selecciona la cotización > Facturar y listo!
